South of France-Castres, Collioure

We spent this summer in the South of France-Mostly the countryside around Castres with a lovely week in Collioure. The South of France is romantic in any light and the people are so kind and helpful! We picked a getaway to Collioure to get the French Riviera without the crowds and cost.

We had a whirlwind 3 weeks in Italy and wanted to have it all-small Italian picturesque village, Rome, and a beach town. We chose Ischia as you get the Amalfi Coast without the crowds!

Known to have some of the most beautiful beaches in the world I have to say I was most surprised by this Island! I expected extreme touristy vibes but got beautiful wildlife, beaches for all tastes (I prefer quiet and secluded but Aruba has it all, sweet donkey's, and great amenities!

Full of culture, colorful architecture, great food, and secluded beaches teaming with sea life-Curacao offers such a chill and familial feeling no matter where you go on the island. Sea turtles, Chinese tea shops, deeply complex people with cherished family history-Curacao offers surprises around every turn.

Costa Rica has it all-culture, food, nature, wildlife (in the sea and forests) and locals who truly want to protect how special it is. In a quick half-days journey from the US you can be in the middle of one of the most bio-diverse places on earth!

Greece equals chill in my eyes. I have never been more relaxed, more of a sun and sand baby, and more in awe of the human history of a place in my life. The food, the sun, the hard-working people-you can't go wrong with anywhere in Greece.
